Witch is better freeze dried or not freeze dried when it comes to vitimans.?

I herd that some companys freeze dry their product and some dont. Does it really matter?

Freeze drying is the most effective extraction technique for herbals and plant products because the removal of the water basically stops any enzymic reactions that may reduce the effectiness of the product over time.

I have never heard of freeze dried vitamins. This would potentially damage many vitamins. Therefore, it should be avoided.

Note: herbs and 'plant products' are NOT vitamins - they are herbs and plant products!
