The New Frontier atrium suite room. It's 600 square feet, most standard rooms on the strip only have like 500 or less. You get 2 televisions a wet bar for making drinks, refrigerator to keep them and a living room with a couch. The living room has a door that seperates the bedroom from it and the couch is a hidaway bed.The rooms are usually very affordable,it's not a fancy new hotel but the rooms are very clean, big and comfortable.I have stayed at the luxor, excalibur, circus circus and they all had small rooms for more money.

The Westin right off the strip is a great choice. I don't believe that there are any cheap hotels on the strip because lots of people will pay good money to be on it. It is also where all the nicest hotels are, but don't be discouraged from his, you will still have a great time. I would suggest Mandalay Bay and The Venetian for casinos and spas

There's a Westin that's on a tangent right off of the strip, so you can still see the strip, but the price is consequently reduced. Very nice and fancy. Don't settle for anything like Circus Circus or The Hilton because while they are cheap, they are dumps. Try the MGM or the Monte Carlo as well, for cheaper hotels ON the strip, but don't settle for less quality.

The Sahara is on the strip with room rates at $43-$48 during the week. It is also at the end of the monorail line with a terminal connected behind the hotel.

The Hampton Inn off of Tropicana was the best cheapy one. It's a block off the Strip and didn't really have much of a casino, but it was quiet.
The best on the Strip for cheapy-ness was Luxor.
