Easy one to do! go to a medical supply house. (there are lots of them) Get rubber surgical tubing and a large funnel. attach the tubing to two sides of the funnel. put a piece of rope through the funnel with a knot to keep it in the funnel and use the protruding end as a handle have two friends hold the ends of the tubes and pull it back. Water balloons can go over a block. Fun stuff!!

well... get a stick shaped like a "Y" like that one.
get a few rubber bands and put the across the ends.
make sure its tight.put the water ballon in the mine "socket"
and......ffiiirrrreeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
