Go to my computer > Right click on the cd-drive > click on eject. To close it again give it a slight push.

You can go to mycomputer and right-click on the CD drive and click eject. Although you cannot close it after it has been opened using this option.
If you use an audio program like itunes you can click on the eject button inside the program and it will open & close your CD drive. (**Please note that if you have a laptop you can online open the drive using itunes because laptop CD drives must be manually closed.**)

To open it go to "my computer" right click your cd drive and click eject.
As to close it, that's not possible as far as I know.

Use the Eject button in a music program - I think it opens and closes it.

Click on Start
My Computer
Right Click D drive
Eject
The Only problem is you cant close it with your mouse.
