I think the Wii is the better console. No offense to the PS3 or the Xbox 360 but you do not need the extra stuff on it. Keep it nice and simple like the Wii. :)

Wow, everyone who says PS3 gets a negative vote and everyone who says Wii gets positive. That's...the dumbest thing I've seen in quite some time. Which is saying something. Why do people rate negative for giving an opinion to a question that asks for your opinion?
Anyway...they're both great for what they are. The Wii is awesome for non-gamers, families, kids, and a secondary console for gamers. The PS3 is awesome for gamers. I personally prefer the PS3--my Wii started boring me about a week after I got it--but that's just me. -waits for negative rating-

PS3 is the greatest - 1; 4GHz of Processing power, 2; A 2000+ library of PS, PS2, and a bunch of PS3 games at the end of the year 3; Sony pwned all other consoles for 10 years. The Wii is innovative, but Nintendo just has Zelda and the graphics suck... a lot.

The wii by far the PS3 is being outsold by the wii by 4 to 1, the PS3 owners are just angry that they spent a fortune to find they have in fact bought a failing console that nobody wants.

No.. we have a wii & i love ps3's alot better..
my cousin has a ps3 & that's all we do with friends whenever I'm over... it's just more fun especially games like Call of Duty lol
wii is new & original but after a while of playing it it's kind of boring where you could play ps3 for days & not get bored (not than i have lol)
but ps3 is better..

As a owner of the PS3, it is simply awsome. The power it welds. The games are beautiful, play Blu Ray movies, has a great selection of games, plus plays the PS2 games, and NO SUBSCRIPTION fee's to play online unlike the X-Flop, or the wii. Even tech specs are much higher than the Wii.

These are two different beasts. Wii is curent gen while PS3 is next gen. Maybe you can compare PS3 with XBOX 360. Then I can say PS3 hits XBOX out of the ball park.

the wii is made by a bunch of lazy bums. no offence but the people who make the ps3 put a lot more effort to make the ps3 and i think it is worth the $600 if you have $600. the wii is not worth $250. i think it should be $150 cus its just a last generation console with a next generation controller.
