You eat lots of protein and you eat healthy, and you exercise! I know this may sound like a way to LOSE weight, but by exercising and getting healthy, you're not only burning fat, but you're gaining muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat! This is the BEST way to gain weight because it's healthy. And, you'll look great! Health is everything these days...if you're skinny, don't worry about it. But just because you're skinny doesn't mean you're healthy. If you want to gain more, look better, and be healthier, then eating healthy foods and protein, along with exercising, can make you way happier. This way has a lot more benefits. Don't start eating really fatty foods and stuff, because that's unhealthy, and it could get out of control and you'll get obese. Don't listen to everybody that's saying to eat unhealthy and not exercise! Don't over-eat, either!

Eat at McDonald's and Supersize...Eat candy, ice cream, anything with a lot of fat and sugar and don't exercise....For me, I used to eat mostly just vegetables, but then my taste buds changed and I went into a carnivorous stage lol and so I gained a lot of weight accidentally that way....

Do what the guy on Supersize Me did.
Go to Mcdonalds for every meal and everytime they ask you if you want to supersize it..say yes.
Do that for a month, and you'll quickly pack on the pounds.
I think he gained 33 pounds.
I'd suggest doing it a healthier way though..he felt like crap when he was done making the movie.

Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
And also portions of snacks in between.
I suggest pizza, and Chinese Food, Ice Cream,...most food that's are more fattening will help you gain weight, but most aren't healthy. There are also sweets, like cake and stuff.

Just don't exercise and eat a bunch of food with fat in it... Try to sit on the couch a lot, lol.

Don't exercise...stuff your face with as much hydrogenated fat as possible,Drink full fat coke and lots of it. Eat cake and crisps. That should just about do it! ;)
