If you're looking for competition-oriented ballroom - DanceSpectrum, San Jose Dancesport Center and Imperial in Redwood City.
If you're looking for social ballroom - San Jose Dance Sport Center, Starlite (Sunnyvale), Cubberley Pavilion (Palo Alto). Cubberley is not a studio, it's a gym where people dance.

I've listed the link below, but Dance Spectrum looks like a promising studio. Both Jonathan Roberts and Anna Trubenskaya from Dancing with the Stars teaches there.
