is there a bta from nigeria to united state if that person getting marry to someone who is a home owner in been at his job for 18 yrs

It sounds scam. Did you receive any offer from Nigeria? If yes, ignore it. Don't lose your money.

There is no such thing as a BTA. The destination wouldn't matter if it were an exit requirement from Nigeria. My Nigerian Girlfriend has visited me several times in the Philippines and Germany, and never had more than about USD 100 in her pocket when she left. This was recently, so no - there is no BTA. Look it up in the archives here, it is a typical scam.
