I have a 2000 s10 extreme 2.2 4cyl. When i come to a stop my check gauges light comes on and all my needles jump like crazy. When I accelerate it goes away. How do I check my gauges?

Yes sounds like a ground wire, CHECK YOUR ALTERNATOR ALSO voltage regulator could be going bad.....

Most likely a loose ground wire. check under dash near e-brake assembly and grounds under hood
