some people must,I mean wants to gothough life being chronically ill,permanentely disabled or just a social misfit like me.

yes , i'm glad he is out . i think that we are allowed to put our dogs to sleep in a peaceful / painless way, but don't have that option to decide when we have a terminal illness when we want to end our own suffering. i think there need to be changes in our laws.

Well, I don't believe that Dr.Death actually "did" his time, he was paroled because of his health.
I don't believe he showed very much intelligence when he killed the man. I can't say that what he did was wrong exactly, but he should have been content to operate in the gray area of the law of Michigan.
I am of two minds about the entire situation. I know a little bit about Lou Gerig's disease (ALS) and that is a terrible way to die. But then as a Christian, I don't believe suicide is what God wants you to do. I am not 100% sure that suicide would send you to Hell, but it might.
