Why isn't the most ethical Congress in history investigating this apparent crime?

I don't remember the details, but apparently Plame's Congressional Committee testimony did NOT match a bunch of other facts and testimony. A couple GOP Reps are trying to get the most ethical Congress in history to investigate the obvious lies. LOL on that!

Colette B: No, she should get much more. Look at the underlying reason for the perjury. Libby (if he lied at all) was to expose the lies told by Wilson. While Plame's objective was to cover up lies and her unethical actions in getting her husband a plum job with the CIA. Where are those same people that got so upset at Wolfowitz?????????

She started this whole mess so she should get 60 months.

She should get double whatever her perjury caused another to get, so 60 months....In reality she will get nothing, liberals who break the law get a free pass from the media nad are often herralded as a hero.

She actually may get the Democratic nomination for President!

That would actually be worse than a death sentence though!

Oh, 30 month sounds appropriate, don't you think. It would be delightful irony if she was convicted of perjury and sentenced to that same term.

why am I fairly sure that what you're talking about is a total exaggeration of the rules of perjury and anyone that knows law would laugh at you for suggesting it...
