I didn't know there was age specific scientific methods. But that list looks like a well ordered, well explained one. Procedure can be replaced with "Test you hypothesis" to be clearer.

first should be research then hypothesis, examine ( which includes gathering materials, and preparing & executing a procedure), results, and theory & conclusion.

so your method is quite right!
