How often can I receive distributions from my S Corp?

Can I take profit distributions with every paycheck? If not, how many distributions can you take per year?

As long as you properly account for distributions, the limit is how often you can write yourself a check. I can't find any rules to prevent you from doing so every hour. Of course, that wouldn't give you time to actually earn money.
