First off this is gonna be a little harsh.
Arabs are obviously not smart enough to solve their own problems they have been killing each other for centuries.
As to your students dying, that is tragic, but it has more to do with the violent culture of your community than it does with Federal government policy. Maybe you should be looking more at Rap music and less at a bunch of old white guys in suits. Do you think they have any influence over black youths in this society? And it ain't the guns pal, they'll find a way to kill each other with out guns, I assure you.
There are plenty of females in the Republican Party, strong intelligent females and minorities of all race and creed.

Fiasco is the right word. Lying is a good second one as that is what they did most of the night! Even with Bush's 3 1/2 Trillion deficit they are still trying to claim it is Democrats who were big spenders. If I remember correctly, we had a great economy, without a war, under Clinton....AND a balanced budget for all intents and purposes!
Something the Republicans HAVE NEVER come close to doing.
They are too busy siphoning off our money to the rich!

Well maybe if blacks quit blaming whites for their problems and quit shooting each other then your friend wouldn't be in that situation.
