i need the pH of these...for chemistry

Short of actually testing these with pH meter or paper, there's no way to tell EXACTLY what they are. But you can get a general idea...all acids have pH < 7, all bases have pH > 7. Neutral compounds have pH = 7.

The steak sauce is acid (vinegar), Windex is basic (because of ammonia). Salt is neutral (pH = 7), soapy water is basic (lye, NaOH), and salad dressing, again because of the vinegar, is acidic.
