just give it time that's how i was with my first son. You most likely will have a boy. Try to drink lots of fluids though like vegetable juices etc. Don't force yourself to eat at least try eating little snacks for now like crackers, cookies, cambels soup etc.

I am on my 25th week and am actually losing weight. The nutritionist said as long as I'm not skipping any meals, I should be okay. Like everyone else says, six small meals a day. I'm beginning to think I won't get my appetite back until after the baby is born. Until then, I will continue to force six small meals down. Good luck. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I'm 5 months prego and i'm going through the same thing as you are except i didn't have much morning sickness. I have no appetite and i never know what i want to eat. I talked to my doc about it and he told me to just eat 6 small meals or snacks through out the day. I usually eat cheese and crackers or pickles or maybe just a small sandwich. Congrats and good luck!

I don't know of a way to make your appetite increase, I have the same problem when pregnant- I just have to watch the clock and make myself eat regularly, you'll really feel better if you eat regular meals, and since you're not hungry as much, make sure what you do eat is good for you, and make sure to take your vitamins. Good luck & congrats~

the only things i know of that make you hungry you can't have during pregnancy - like caffeine. Sometimes sugary foods can make you more hungry. Honestly, your baby needs a steady source of calories, sometimes you just gotta force it, but slowly and small amounts. Get down a little, maybe that will stimulate your appetite. I wish you luck.

Do without food for 24 hours. I guarantee your appetite will return. You should also give this information to your doctor. All kinds of things happen to the body during pregnancy, but it never hurts to get as much info as possible from your doctor.
