Why are white people usually the ones to do weird types of killing and kidnapping opposed to blacks or mexican

Good question. Research has shown that while serial killers and kidnappers are found among all races and ethnicities, they are very often white (at least in the United States). This is for several reasons:

1) White people constitute the majority of people in the United States. Therefore, whenever a weird killing happens, there is a better than average chance that it was done by a white person.

2) The average income of whites is higher than that of blacks or mexicans (but lower than that of Asians) and thus they are in a better financial position to carry out weird killings.

3) On average, white people have fewer friends than blacks or mexicans (please note that I said "on average" I don't want to get a million e-mails about this). Therefore, when white people go insane they have fewer friends to keep them from doing stupid, crazy things, like killing people in weird ways.

Actually the asker has a point. Serial Killers are unproportionately caucasian. Sure, there are the Richard Ramirez's of the world, but whites constitute a greater percentage of serial killers than they do of the general population.

After reading the posts from other users, I see that this question has been skewed.

The problem here is that there isn't much documented information from professionals about "why" whites are more prone to mass murder. There have been studies of Jeffrey Dahmer's brain, of John Wayne Gacy's brain, etc, and no "abnormalities" were found.

The answer to this question would be theoretical. There is no correct answer.

Personally I believe it has to do with the individual's sociological upbringing. Take for example, the aforementioned- John Wayne Gacy and Jeffrey Dahmer. Confusion about their own sexuality coupled with dysfuctional family upbringing- A lifetime of embarrassment due to being unsure of their own identity. A lack of control.

And this is where it stems from. This is the serial killer's way of gaining control.

Why is this a "white" problem? I don't know. Is it that whites are held to a higher standard throughout the course of their upbringing? More is expected of them because they can't play the "racism" card in order to compensate for their underachievements?

profilers typically say that this is because white people have typically been in power positions as opposed to minorities, which by the way, includes women. Because the are in such a position, when they have a mental dysfunction, they are more likely to feel empowered, and thus able to commit these crimes. However, as equality among races and between sexes increases, so does the incidence of these types of crimes being committed by all races, and both sexes.

I do agree that it "seems" that Caucasians do alot of weird crimes & murder a large number of people, i.e., Oklahoma City, Columbine. However, Black & Latinos seem to kill people they specifically know, i.e., drive bys & familial murders. I don't think it has to do with nationality. People are often controlled by unseen evil spirit forces. People are selfish. Unfortunately, these things won't be resolved until God steps in and puts an end to these things.

What do you mean by weird? More creative an attempt to save themselves, or more revolting? If it is the first, then your answer is because they probably know more to make it harder for them to get caught. If the second, do your research and you will find what you said is false.

Serial killers are found in all peoples. Its just that there are more Caucasians in the US, so you can expect more of them to come from that.

Also, the lifestyle of "The American Dream" kind of lends itself to producing monsters on all socioeconomic levels.

There are child molestors from all cultures and races. There are rapists and murderers from all cultures and races. Check out your local prison's statistics--I'm sure you'll find that the child abusers are well mixed--not just one color or culture.
