Are there situations that you believe would turn out well, only to find making a "good" choice, the "right" choice had a worse outcome than the original situation that lead to the action?

Chocking something up to experience is far from what I had in mind.

For example, a child who reports physical abuse to be removed from that situation and placed into one where they are sexually abused.

The notion of choice is also outside of the equation.

Oh yes, I think everyone of us at some time or other has had this happen! When things like that happen it just goes to show that the best plans or choices can become our worst nightmare! All one can do is Chuck it up to experience and move on! As Forest Gump says s---t happens!

That isnt usually the case but I have had one extremely large one where I did make the right choice and is had a worse out come! It ended up I had to move out and not be with my family. In the end months later the wrong choose would have been better...which in the end makes me wonder if the right choice was the "Right" choice in the begining?
Hope that was what you wanted.

Yes, many times it almost seems like the things I expect will work do not, and vice versa, but that's just wishing there was a formula. Life can s*ck. But what is your alternative? Do you seek divine justice? Not on this planet. I am betting on another dimension or an afterlife.

Is an example what you are looking for? I quit college to go to massage school only to get carpal tunnel. Does that work for you?
