The question states it all. I have some white clothes that would look better black, so I was wondering how I could dye those clothes black.

Thanks!

Go to Wal Mart and buy some black Rit dye; Follow directions on the box; If you have a lot of clothes to dye you can do it in the washing machine (clean your washer out afterwards with about a pint of bleach to a load of water)
Be sure when you dye in the washer your water is really, really hot, and put salt in the water it helps to set the dye. And always wash those clothes seperately from your other stuff until they have been washed several times. Good Luck

Sure, all you need to do is go to Wallmart, or a craft store and get some black Rit dye. Then follow the directions that come with it.

Some fabrics take dye better then others.

you can but usually if white clothes have white stitching the stitching will stay white and be very noticable. You can just buy clothes dye from a chemist or hobby shop. all the instructions are in the packet.

Good luck!

HAve you heard of Tye Dye? I am guessing it was started back in the 70's. Colorful shirts...they look like crap really. Anyway, use the same kind of coloring and don't twist the clothes. Any major craft store should sell the dye. NC has Micheal's Arts and Crafts.

Yes, have it professionally done or try yourself by buying dye from the store and following the directions. Good luck Friend
