There were so very many of these land certificates issued, however ... to answer your question, one needs to know what condition this certificate is in, what area of the country it deals with, and is it all printed or is their some writing and signatures on it. For example, an all-printed one, dealing with rural land and in poor condition might only be worth a few dollars. One that deals with the land that became the Indianapolis 500 race course, written and signed in ink, and in excellent condition might be worth thousands.
Most major cities have antique dealers that specialize in paper antiques, newspapers, certificates, etc. You might also check on eBay and see if they have something similar.
