i put anti mountain lion barriers around my property. like a very tall solid wall and some really loud fire alarm type noise makers and strobe flashers around the perimeter.

If you live where mountain lions live, why ruin the view? If they are hanging around, means you have small animals or garbage on your property.

you'd need to build a fairly high wall...at least 12 ft high with an electric barrier on top, i would think. why don't you get some lion dogs? like rhodesian ridgebacks...check out the link.

Can never be to careful,maybe you should add some electric fencing just incase,and arm yourself with a stun gun,ya neva know they may still get in,you take it as far as you want to this is your life we are talking about...................
