Yes! You probably have an ultra-guilty conscience like I do. It sucks. Sometimes it takes weeks for me to realize my mistakes aren't a big deal.

I'm always cringing at something i've said or done. But i'm pretty sure i'm the only person who remembers it, so i guess it can't be that bad.
Just have to laugh it off i suppose and not let it affect your day.
