Just click "attach" and browse for your program. If you have an actual file, and are legally entitled to transfer it, that's all you should need to do. Of course, how long it takes, depends on your speed of connection and/or server.

Com press it (zip it) and attach it to your email...if your connection is pretty fast it'll probably go but the larger the file the longer it takes.
You could send him the program on cd.

no idea mate sorry! a normal file can be attached to an e-mail but a program honestly don't now. someone will have the answer.

Compress it as a zip file.............
and send it as a zip.
some mailboxes have a 10 mb limit as to what you can send/recieve in one hit, or as an attachment
