why do people repet there question is it just to piss of or whot.?

Not at all johnmills, i know i do that alot but it is 4 a reason,and not to piss anybody off.
most times we have seen that most people don't visit some categories or they dwell on a particular category.
therefore in wanting everyone to participate we repeat questions also sometimes u post twice unknowing when your server is acting up.
