Try mopping floor and clean the toilet and around toilet with the product called Lysol with bleach. Once it is dry spray Febreze around the toilet area. You can spray Febreze on the floor too but be careful until it drys because it may be slippery. After it drys, if the floor is sticky from the Febreze then re-mop with Lysol with bleach and your problem should be solved! (If the flooring is old then the urine may have soaked in. If you think this may be the case, then spray the Lysol with bleach on the floor and around toilet and let it sit for about 10 minutes before you mop. Just be careful because the floor will be slippery and don't forget to have ventilation when using bleach. Don't mix any other cleaners with the Lysol bleach because it could produce dangerous fumes.) Good luck!

An environmentally friendly method would be to use this all purpose cleaner that I use all over my house to get rid of odors, dirt and grime:
1 gallon water, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup baking soda. Mix all ingrediants. I store it in a big bucket, and use it to refill a squirt bottle.
The water binds it all together. The vinegar disinfects. The lemon juice is a bleach, and a deoderizer. The baking soda is a mild abrasive.
A note though: you can't use this on anything except a white floor because the lemon may bleach things.

I'd hate to have my bowel cleaned Wit Clorox.
Wash the floor with detergent and bleach. Let it dry and spread a box of baking soda on the floor to deodorize it. Leave at least a whole day without getting it wet.

Wash floor thoroughly with bicarbonate soda in water if tiles, floorboards or vinyl. If carpeted , sprinkle liberally with dry bicarb, brush in , leave overnight and vacuum up next day. Works well. My vet told me never use vinegar as it smells similar to urine to an animal and you will end up with the same problem over again!! cheers :) Just an afterthought, dont apply dry powder to wet carpet! it will turn to a paste and take forever to dry out and remove the residue....

I see that lots of folks have posted really great answers already.
As I have nothing new to add (with regard to cleaning products/methods), I'll just say this:
If I had urine smell in my bathroom, I'd go to the source: I'd find out who is peeing on the floor, and then I'd do one of three things. I'd either 1. retrain them in the lively art of peeing IN the pot, or, 2. monitor the culprit's bathroom use, and when they leave wee on the floor, I'd make them clean it up themselves, or, 3. I'd forbid the careless person(s) to use my facilities... Any one of these would work. One thing I would NOT do, is continue to put up with nasty bathroom habits that cause pee smell in my home. Ew.

Try using a mixture of 1 cup of white vinegar and a gallon of water. If you have little boys in the house also wipe down the wall with the mixture. They some times miss.
