Take me

The first time it happened, I remember the day
I was 15, my best friend was May.
We were always close, our parents divorced,
Nothing we did ever seemed forced.

We were inseperable, in everything we did,
we helped each other when our parents hit the skids.
I guess it was inevitable, we were meant to be.
Just a matter of time, in love don't you see?

Neither of us knew what we were doing,
the feel of her skin, it felt soothing to me.
A little test, here and there, a struggle for a while,
May and I together, on the bed smile upon smile.

Where she is today, I haven't got a clue,
All I know for sure, Is the new girls name was Sue.
May and I remain friends, it is never the same,
never go back, once you've played that game.

I liked it up to the end.

If someone doesn't have a clue where May is, how can they still be friends. Perhaps the two lines should be:

May and I remained friends, but it never was the same
You can never go back, after you've played that game

Also, typos make me crazy (LOL): inseparable, girl's
