Confusing, isn't it? All those contradictory answers! Here's why:

Although Arizona doesn't change time in the summer, England does. So in the Summer, England is 8 hours ahead, and at 3 PM in Phoenix it is 11 PM in London.

In the winter, England is 7 hours ahead, so when it's 3 PM in Phoenix it's 10 PM in London.

Since Arizona is mountain time and mountain time is 8 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time, it would be 11:00 pm in England. If you want to see a map of current times around the world, go to http://www.worldtimezone.com/. It lets you search for the date and time of any place in the world.

Mountain time is -07:00 and England at 00:00 is 7 hours ahead. ~
So 03:00 AZ time would be either 12:00 (noon) or 00:00 (midnight)
