And should the media be fined if they play their songs, write stories on them ect.

I wonder which the celebrity would consider a harsher punishment...jail time or denial of public access? Maybe if their career was put on hold every time they broke the law they'd think more before doing something dumb....I dunno...good question though.

I think they should still have their songs and such heard. What they did wrong has nothing to do with their job and what they are paid to do. Besides that, even if it did, it's not fair to punish those people who like to hear their music or watch their tv shows/movies. If when celebrities get into trouble you take that away from them, you're also punishing their fans, most of which did nothing to be punished for.

I don't think so. Because they are going to get a ton of attention anywa because they are going to jail, so I don't see what it would hurt if they get just a little more, because everyone will bw talking about it anyway.
