Partly all the scandals,Gonzales, Plame, Tenet, partly the delayed Hurricane Katrina relief, Iraq War, Immigration and some people use the fact that he is not good with words to disapprove of him.

Well if you look at all he's done like straight face lying to the public about why we needed to invade Iraq thats a big issue for many.He lied about the meetings they had with 911 terror suspects.He lied about Iraq trying to purchase uranium from Africa and his administration was so infuriated when a man looked into that claim and exposed their lie that they went ahead and exposed who the man was,and his wife who was a CIA agent (which in turn made her lose her job because her identity was supposed to stay confidential working for such and organization).

He also lost the support of many republicans with his immigration friendly bill.Republicans have always been against welfare funding and view Bush's immigration bill as a way to help immigrants come in the country and take advantage of our hadnouts to the poor or struggling.No one wants their tax dollars going to people they feel don't even belong in this country.All in all he's made alot of moves that were either extremely neo conservative or rediculously liberal so that he's succeeded in angering people on both sides of the political spectrum.

Bush has also lowered taxes while raising spending.While this helped him keep office because of greed of the average american to save a few tax dollars,he's putting us in a huge hole each year spending about 700 million more then he's collecting in tax and other revenues.People who are voting to save a few dollars now might not have a job at all when the economy collapses because of the irresponisble handling of money by this administration.It will happen eventually.

He's also spending all of our social security funds on his war and thats why he was pushing so hard to get a social security fund reform where we make our own savings accounts.This way people would be less enraged when they find out 15 years from now theres no more money in the fund left to give social security checks to retiring seniors.He's lucky though cause the affects won't really be seen until he's out of office so they can blame it on who evere happens to be in office at the time.

All in all Bush has been the worst president in U.S. History and makes any failures Clinton had look miniscule in comparison.Any people who still support Bush and talk bad about the Clinton years have no grasp on reality and are in a worse form of denial then most drug addicts and alcoholics.I almsot feel embarassed for these kind of hardcore republicans who support Bush cause they really can't see how ignorant and hypocritcal they sound when they denounce Clinton and praise the man who is currently in the process of destroying our economy and benefits for senior retirees of the future.

Because he was unfit to serve as a leader in the first place. He has a terrible track record and is completely incompetent as a leader of AMERICA. This man WILL go down as the worst president in the history of the US. He is a liar and a murderer. He has no regard for the life of average citizens and is just far too happy for someone presiding over a deadly war. However, I still believe his vice president is far more sinister.

Bush has gone soft on IMMIGRATION and is scaring MILLIONs of Americans that Bush will do NOTHING about border security/illegal aliens/crime/drug smuggling.
If we bombed and straiffed 500 Toyotas full of Iranian/Syrian etc border jumpers in Iraq there would STILL be CRIME like New York City which has no "formal war" going on. I read that 16,000 Americans were MURDERED in America in 2005 or 2006. Some of these were Muslims killing whomever was handy. Some were gangbangers killing each other with collateral neighborhood damage (children shot in their beds,etc)

People are finally recognizing the truth. Bush has:
1. Stolen an election (or two);
2. Intended to invade Iraq from his very first day in office;
3. Lied to CONGRESS and the American people about 'weapons of mass destruction' being his reason for the unconstitutional, illegal and immoral 'war' in Iraq;
4. Condoned (as Commander-In-Chief) the sexual abuse and torture of 'detainees' at Abu Ghraib in direct violation of the rules of the Geneva Convention;
5. Promoted reckless economic policies that will result in the worst economic depression this nation has ever seen, shortly after he leaves office;
6. Put American taxpayers TRILLIONS of dollars in debt as a result of his insane 'war' against Iraq, all because his family had a personal vendetta against Hussein; Cheney wanted all of Iraq's oil, and the military-industrial complex needed a new 'war' to help boost its sagging profits;
7. Presided over one of the worst and most corrupt administrations in modern history;
8. Turned America into a police state wherein citizens are presumed guilty until proven innocent;
9. Disregarded the plight of America's homeless, hungry, sick, aged, disadvantaged, underprivileged, disabled, and unemployed while offering his wealthy friends tax breaks and special accommodations;
10. Avoided any reasonable action toward trying to curb global warming or protecting and preserving the delicate ecological balance between all men, plants and animals necessary for our very survival on this planet;
11. Prohibited any demonstrations, within camera range, wherever he speaks and threatens protesters with arrest in direct of our Constitutional right to assemble and our freedom of expression against our government;
12. Slaughtered 675,000 Iraqi citizens and 3,500 U.S. soldiers for no moral, justifiable, accoutable reason.
I'm frankly surprised this cretin has any approval rating at all! Surely Satan has reserved a special oil-soaked, blood-stained corner of Hell for Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and all 535 members of the most contemptible, arrogant, wicked, incompetent, greedy, bastardly, cowardly Republican-led Congress in U.S. history [that turned its back and allowed George W. Bush to run ripshod over the laws of our land and our Constitution]. They should all be tried in an inter-national tribunal for high crimes against humanity, and - if convicted - should be hanged just as they arranged for Hussein to be hanged. -RKO- 06/06/07

Very few people approve of the Iraq war. Bush is the reason we are in Iraq. Thus, very few people approve of Bush. Simple enough. :)

Because he is a horrible President. And his promises are empty. He can't back up what he says and he can't articulate much.
