Rock - originally done by Tom Cochrane, and while Rascal Flatts did a good version for the "Cars" soundtrack, the original is by far the best.

The song Life is a Highway is by Rascall Flatts and is featured on the album Cars. If you're looking for it to buy, the genre is soundtrack. However the "traditional" genre woiuld be country
