Well, 'sexism' is when you think that one sex is better than another, and 'racism' is when you think that one race is better than another, so logically 'speciesism' would be when you think one species is better than another. Though it could be argued that any particular viewpoint is only speciesism if it's not empirically true. Gorillas really are stronger than most people!
