If you'd like some pictures to go along with the names, check out this link: http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/apod/apod_search?galaxy That's a Search for "galaxy" on the Astronomy Picture of the Day site... if you want specific images, just change the search :)
One of my personal favorites is the Cartwheel Galaxy:
http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap950702.html
(check it out! pretty neat, eh? :))
There are plenty of galaxies around with names...
If you want you can pick and choose among 'em...
In the Local Group of galaxies we have about 30 galaxies... our galaxy, the Milky Way, is one of them.
To quote my source:
The two most massive members of the group are the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy. These two barred spirals each have a system of satellite galaxies.
The Milky Way's satellite system consists of Sag DEG, Large Magellanic Cloud, Small Magellanic Cloud, Canis Major Dwarf, Ursa Minor Dwarf, Draco Dwarf, Carina Dwarf, Sextans Dwarf, Sculptor Dwarf, Fornax Dwarf, Leo I, Leo II, Tucana Dwarf, and Ursa Major Dwarf.
Andromeda's satellite system comprises M32, M110, NGC 147, NGC 185, And I, And II, And III, And IV, And V, Pegasus dSph, Cassiopeia Dwarf, And VIII, And IX, and And X.
(more info at link)
Here's a List of NGC objects:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_NGC_objects
NGC stands for New General Catalogue
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_General_Catalogue
The NGC contains nearly 8,000 objects, not all are galaxies...and not all of them have names (actually very few) but if you want to take the time to look through them you'll find some very interesting Galaxies (with intriguing names :))

We live in the Milky Way Galaxy, I believe Andromeda is the closest Galaxy to ours. Is that right, anyone?

We live in the milky way galaxy, close to us is the Andromeda galaxy
Close meaning 2,300,000 light years away, yet still visible to the naked eye (the farthest object we can still see at this distance)
