For someone in retail for 3 years that does a bangup job, what is a fair annual raise percentagewise?

I was insulted when I received 44 cents last year on my $14.50/hr full time job.

Retail has never (ever) been known for "high" salaries. Why would you expect more in 2007?

On the other hand you've received a 3% raise which in this economy may be considered (by some) as a little above average.

Maybe they are not as impressed with you as you think.
