Example: Last week a coworker was complaining of a headache so I said that he could borrow some aleve, from my inbox, if he wanted to. Fast Forward a week: Today, I have a headache and went to get some aleve but the entire bottle is empty! I said he could take a few, not overdose on the dang container.

How often does similar stuff happen to you?

Not lately, but I did have a coworker some time back who would eat stuff from other people's lunches in the fridge. How unnerving is that?

Not often, but when I do extend myself in some way, I usually set the ground rules at the same time. (i.e. "sure you can have a couple, but leave me at least 4 for later".) something along those lines. People usually don't abuse y help when I set it down like that.
