i bought a game and the only minimum requirement that has not been achieved is this:

Video Card
Minimum: 64 MB Direct3D DirectX 9.0 compliant video card supporting pixel shader 2.0 (NVIDIA GeForce FX+ / ATI Radeon 9500+)

You Have: ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M Series (ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M Series (0x5975))

this is the ONLY problem I have and i don’t know how to solve it... what should i do next?

You have a pretty old integrated graphics. It is slow compared w/ discrete graphics card. It is also below the minimum requirement of the game. If you've got a desktop, it is best that you install a graphics card that is above minimum requirement of the game.
Otherwise try this:
1. Allocate the maximum memory to your X200m, most likely 64Mb only.
2. Install Direct X 9.0
3. Adjust game quality to lowest setting (under game options)
4. Adjust color quality to 16bit instead of 32bit.
5. Lower screen resolution if game is too slow.

Items 4 and 5 can be adjusted under Settings in Display Properties. Just right click the desktop and choose properties.

you must purchase and install a new video card. the ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M Series is one of the older Radeon cards still out there.

are you using a laptop? because if you are your out of luck, however if its a desktop then all you need to do is buy a new graphics card and install it. Its very simple, just talk to someone at your local pc store

looks like your video card is fine. i would reboot, hit F2 to get into bois and go to video card settings. make sure your sharing the max 128 megs or ram for your video card. it should play. your specs are here
