Something was very weird about last night.
I can't believe that Katie spent the last few months in the Apprentice house without ever discussing with her parents what would happen if she won.
You have to remember, that depsite the fact that Alan Sugar is looking for an Apprentice, the programme is all about making good television. I think something happened with Katie and they all knew she was going to pull out, but they kept it going to make what they thought would be a shocking end to the programme. I thought it looked totally planned and contrived.

I think what Katie did was an honourable move. Did she really set out to be an apprentice to Sir Alan Sugar, though? She didn't need the job. She practically earns just a little short of the apprentice salary now. Perhaps she was merely trying to prove that she could win the position. Another angle, which I haven't heard anyone else suggest so far, is that this could have been a smart move by Sir Alan to actually steer Katie into a corner whereby she would have little option than to resign on her own terms.
Who will win? Simon needs to be the Apprentice. Kristina doesn't need to be an apprentice to anyone; she is where she is because of WHO she is. I have nothing but admiration for such a strong and positive woman.
Simon will be Sir Alan's Apprentice. This bright young lad can be moulded into what Sir Alan is looking for. If he wanted somebody who 'knew it all', he wouldn't be offering this job.
Damn good entertainment from start to finish ... and watch out for Tre in his own telly slot, FOR SURE!!!

I can't believe Simon is through, I've not watched a huge amount of the program but everything I've seen of him has made him look pathetic and ineffectual! Should have been Katie and Kristina in the final, even if Katie hadn't moved I don't see what Simon has done to deserve the place.
Kristina has to win right?

I think Kristina has the edge on Simon although I like him. I am glad katie stood down but disappointed she wasn't fired before she got the chance to do so. It made for an exciting and dramatic episode. When it was put to her I didn't think she would do it. I think she is no different. She may have a nice mum side to her but I think she is very shallow and self righteous. She didn't deserve to get to the final.

Kristina I think. I agree with the person who felt it was contrived yesterday, the whole thing really seemed staged! It just doesn't make sens to me I mean, surely, if she embarked in a 12-week program to be recruited by Sir Alan Sugar her parents could have worked out for themselves that yeah, she would have to move! I mean, I cant see how on earth she wouldnt have had her plans made for the kids! Its beyond me. Plus they're both under four, what plans can they possible have? And the way Sir Alan conveniently told her first, left her in the room, and then magically guessed what was going on in her mind, I dunno, its just too strange to be believed like that...

Apprentice was classic tonight! Katie is definately in it for the wrong reasons...admirable for her honesty at the end though. I want Christina to win...Simon has had an easy life and she's struggled being a teen mum...Saw a different side to Trey aswell...he is really aggressive and a storyteller!!! he wishes he had offices globally

I like Katie. She stands up for herself, is a strong independant woman, and hasn't sought to be 'loved' (unlike many a c and d-list celebrity.)
Her friends and family will know her true qualities. She cannot be judged by watching an edited TV programme. It's only entertainment!
