Yes, look at people like John F Kennedy, Hitler, Winston Churchill, Mongomery, Patton,Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Lady Dianna Princess of Wales, George Bush, Bill Clinton, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandella, in their own way, all these people have changed the world, one incident changes the world. One brilliant act makes many take notice, as unfortunately so do bad ones. The list is endless and will continuously have names added to it.

Man! what´s the world anyway??? I mean, does it really matters? How much "the world" affects your life?

The obvious answer to you question is yes, take for example Bono or Chavez, one person can be the engine for a change even good or bad.

The thing is I think you can change YOUR world any day... tough thing to find the courage inside you to accomplish it

No he cannot change the whole world but yes he can contribute for the change. As the saying goes, "a million miles begins with a single step, relatively as to change it would go this way, a change for the world begins with the person's contributions for change."

William H. Gates III ("Bill Gates") did it as recently as 1995. The release of Windows 95 pretty much doomed all the other varieties of home computers, other than the PC. Yes, I know, the Mac is still around, so the change wasn't total.
