I was wondering if anybody knows what president candidate has done the best job in making positive changes in the government NOW, like education, economy, more jobs, etc. that can help prove he might be a good future president. Like actions speak louder than words!!! Who has made the biggest or most changes in the government NOW!!

All politicians earn promotions bye doing a better job.
So bye somehow they all have a status but will they deliver??

That is the question of Attitude and not Altitude

Better to vote for a decent fellow who is willing to learn than an experienced two faced monster.

The candidate who has the most substantial background in prior government service is probably Bill Richardson, the Governor of New Mexico, who has also been Secretary of Energy and Ambassador to the United Nations, among other positions.

None of the current candidates have done prior work that substantially influenced the US government overall, although two potential candidates, Newt Gingrich and Al Gore, have.

Several of the candidates have been legislators or governors, Which of these was 'best' depends on your opinion.
