I think that there are many underlying themes to both HBP and to the Harry Potter series as a whole.

Much of Harry's state of mind is the feeling of having to move on after the death of Sirius Black. He has a lot of guilt and grief to get through, especially at the beginning of the book. I think that moving on from his godfather's death has prepared him to gather his strength and move on from the momentous death of Dumbledore.

One song that makes me think of moving on after a mentor has died is a song from the musical version of The Lion King... it's called Endless Night. This is the chorus:

"You promised you'd be there
Whenever I needed you
Whenever I called your name
You're not anywhere

I'm trying to hold on
Just waiting to hear your voice
One word, just a word will do
To end this nightmare"

But then by the end of the song, there is hope that the "night will end and that the sun will rise." I think it encapsulates the feeling that Harry has after Sirius or Dumbledore died. All the lyrics can be found here:

Hope that helps!

I don't know if you've ever heard of Wizard Rock but you should definately check it out. Harry and the Potters, The Remus Lupins, The Whomping Willows, etc.

My friend and I recently discussed this but "Dumbledore" by Harry and the Potters would fit perfectly at the end of Half-Blood Prince. For the end of Order of the Phoenix, "The Weapon" by Harry and the Potters would fit really well too.

Unfortunatly no. you will possibly haven't any clue who a great form of the characters are and subsequently might haven't any seen the character intensity in any respect. you in addition to would could be extremely emotionally oblivious to the climax the place Dumbledore is killed. and likewise the character progression that happens over the final 5 movies and all the books. you would be dropping a while. pass study the books.

idk if theese will really help, but oh well.
first lots of Matchbox Twenty songs may work like Mad Season, Push, or some other song of theirs.
Better Days by Goo Goo Dolls just might work.
I know it isn't the half blood prince, but Colors by Crossfade reminds me of dementers.
I hope this helps.
Even if it probably won't.
But try anyway.

Uh, how bout none? why don't you stop getting caught up in a fantasy land of magic that doesn't exist and believe in the one the power of the universe Jesus Christ. Jesus said if you have faith enough you say to a moutain move and it will move. Problem is no one has enough faith cause they a put all faith in imagination, science, and not God!
