the closest casinos to cleveland are at detroit/ windsor canada area, erie pa, niagra falls, and in west virginia.

There are no casinos anywhere in the state of Ohio. Allowing casinos would require the approval of the electorate, and voters have twice said "no" to casino gambling in the state. You can drive to Detroit, though - they have plenty.

No not yet, I hope they get the ballot straight next time and make it not so confusing so we can get the vote passed for gambling in Ohio.
As the person said there are some in Detroit
MGM, Motor City, & Greektown, or you can go over the border to Casino Windsor, in Canada.
