I'm glad I found this site.. My parents are divorced so I don't have a Dad to ask.. I tried to ask a priest and then a male school teacher but they told me they can't talk about male privates with me.. My mom and me don't have health insurance, so I can't ask a doctor.. Anyway, my balls hang way down sometimes and then they are tight other times.. Is this balls cancer?

yea, it is natural
they are outside of your body, so you can produce healthy sperm to fertilize a woman in the future
when the temperature is too hot, they will be hanging way down, and when you are sexually excited, they will be tight
that is the reason why there is no god, because priest only wants you to donate money so he can go to strip clubs, those priests don't care about people at all

No, it isn't, at least based on what you described.
What you described is quite normal in all males. The testicles operate at a high temperature, and are very sensitive to changes in body chemistry and temperature.
It is not uncommon for them to "change shape" so to speak. Sometimes they are very tight (typically when colder or not having been touched) and other times they hang down, when they are warm.
I wouldn't worry about it, but maybe talk to your school nurse or doctor, he or she may be able to refer you to a clinic to at least check (they'd have to feel them) for anything odd.
You can do a self-examination as well.

You don't have to have health insurance to get some sort of feedback on this. Call a hospital advice nurse (for starters) and you can always see a physician through your county health system at a reduced rate. Some states (like GA) even provide very low cost health coverage to minors. (In GA it is called Peachcare). Check state and county websites in your area for more information.
p.s. I don't know the answer to your "testicle" question but I still feel that more importantly, you need some access to routine medical care.

No, what you are describing it the normal heating up and cooling down of the scrotal sack. If you want to know what is going on down there, get a mirror and have a really good look. Without touching anything, the scrotal sack has a movement and rhythm all of its own.
Testicular cancer is something quite different and nothing as you described.

well i can tell you even though i'm a woman that when your testicles hang down they are escaping heat from your body, when they tighten up they are seeking warmth or are ready for sex. there is nothing wrong with you at all. if you find lumps or have alot of pain then you must go to the dr's but what you are descibing is natures way of not killing your sperm.

Haha, most definately not.. Your balls tense up whenever its cold... or maybe you just finished exercising.. then loosen up when its hot outside.. testicular cancer (ball cancer if you wish) will make you feel a sharp pain on your testicles and bumps may start appearing. goodluck!

I am a woman but am in the healthcare field, the testicles rise and fall according to the heat of your body, if its cold, they will rise close to your body to keep warm, if it is a hot muggy day, they will fall, to get away from the extra heat of the body. Your Normal!
