That's because they are being "educated" by the government of what to do. The trouble is that our congressmen/women and the chimp are taking away our rights and freedoms with every law they pass. No one stops them or questions them about what they are doing. Why is that?

My freedoms have not been inhibited one iota.you cannot live in freedom if you are killed by some nut with a bomb and doesn't care who he kills. Can you name one freedom you have lost? We live in the greatest country in the world and if you do not break any laws why should you be worried? I have been to many countries during my eight year stint in the U,S,Air Force and I always longed to be home in the good old USA!

I feel safe and I am suffering the loss of freedom, The Patriot Act was a major cut in freedoms, I can not believe to this day that it was allowed to pass. It just amazes me how modern day americans are so easily scared into submission.

Please give an example of a freedom that you have lost due to the need for more security. I haven't seen a single one lost. I have to take my shoes off at the airport....oh boy!

Bush would have you believe this with his 'freedom ain't free' mantra.
Case in point ... anyone is subject to their phone calls being 'snooped' on....

No, it's the illusion of greater security that's being offered.
