no i wouldn't say so. when u blink u blink fast, but if your trying to WINK you gotta put some attitude in it! :)

Isn't this funny.I had an eye accident a couple of years back and i blink my right eye often and even kids seem to think i'm winking at them.

I would say that it depends on if they do it real fast i would consider that blinking but if you hold your eye shut i think that would be winking

I guess if you only had one eye it would be rather hard to wink. If you were infact winking at someone, you'd have to secretly let them know that that's what you were doing.

No. Blinking is involuntary while winking is more deliberate. It'd be hard to tell them apart though...
