The only way I could think of getting a wii under $250 is waiting a couple of years and by then, I believe it will be $200 by then, but I could be wrong.

Try finding someone you know, or a friend-of-a-friend to give you a discount. It may not sound like a huge discount, but just think that other people are paying more than what you would be paying for. Also, dont buy them through ebay, those people are just trying to make profit. I know someone who bought one on ebay for waaaaaaay more than it is worth, and a couple of days later, he found them for half the price at best buy. If anything, wait for the stores to carry them. it will be worth it. dont give up

Steal one...that's also very unethical and illegal...but very cheap. (if you consider a few years probation or in Juvenile Hall or Jail to be worth the cost). I would advise against stealing.
Otherwise, I'd say the best way to get what you want is to get a job and save up. By the time you save enough, the price may drop...and you'll really appreciate it a lot more.

totally unethical BUT you could call the company up or a store say your with your uni or school paper and say your running a competition and would like to see if they'd donate a wii in return for advertising which would be done in promotion of the competition.
you can feel better if you actually put an ad in for them if your in a position of power to. or know someone who does and just say a prize donated by... and buy something from there as a substitute prize...don't say its a wii....
VERY UNETHICAL but so happens and most stores don't check or ask for a copy of the paper so its just your conscience to deal with.

well the fact they are not going to get any cheaper for a while because neither 360 or PS3 can match the price. and i don,t think there are many used one at any stores, and i wouldn't suggest stealing so the cheapest way to get a wii is to go to the store and buy one. so i suggest you get a job to get one even if its only a temporary job.

Besides stealing, if you have a buddy who works at a store where they carry Wii's, chances are he can get a discount and save you about 25 bucks. Thats what I paid for my Wii

You could steal one...but I wouldn't advise that. It is frowned upon in most societies.
