'Reality shifts' are possible. Portals between differing experiences of reality open when the mind is certain about closing down one - with a complete/total readiness to step into another. Hidden beliefs related to safety and conflicts concerning our capacity to handle the new reality are the inhibitors. They can be overcome but for most it is a time-consuming and tedious process.

Yes, you can learn to intentionaly expand your "awarness" in reality by meditation and other forms-techniques involving pre-sleep suggestion and hypnotism. This will give , I think, a more immediate reaction to what your seeking.
Also consider, in the true nature of reality we creat more then we care to imagine, and it is a Valid reality we creat.
To show you some indication of your unique power within yourself, try this: for the nexty three night, lay awake in bed, close your eyes and imagine money falling from the cieling and landing all over You; look at each bill as it floats and see that they are 100's, 50's, 20's and so on. Understand this visual creation is Valid as you creat it; understand, by right, you have earned it. You may visualize anything you wish in place of the money.
Then, see what happens next; keeping in mind your true beliefs and thoughts creat and not a wimsy wish.

There is a quote:

"Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away"

I think it is scientific approach, even reality in science may change by improvements, maybe not totally but subtle.

It takes great effort, and time to be able to know more than one reality because most of the time even confronted with the facts people believe what they want to believe.

Do you mean to be able to know other perceptions totally by come to know more than one reality?

It's like unless you have been there, it is difficult to know what exactly other feels, but at least you try to understand but i doubt you ever able to totally feel what other feels since each person is so complex which makes each person unique.

Define reality? Do you mean an entire world view? Do you mean to change a little bit for the better?

I would say it's impossible for me as an adult to fully embed myself in a worldview of some primitive tribe in Papua New Guinea. Some part of me would still know the real reason that thunder and lightning occur, what planes are, etc...

But I can become more optimistic, or more tolerant. Those are somewhat minor in the grand scheme of things

Intention without following through is useless. You can intend to feed the hungry, but if the reality is that you end up at the beach, what have you done?

Intention yumm. We could meditate on this one for hours. Indeed we have. Intention defines self in multitude of ways. ALWAYS self is at the center of intention, if only through relation to intent. Breath in, focus intention focus self. Breath out, expand intention expand self.

Guess we can change but we have no way of knowing we have changed we can only think we have changed with out knowing because once we have changed we can’t compare. It has changed and memory at least this one’s is fickle at best.

the spell is in simple terms the recipe or instructions. It it used to concentration the motive. If there is not any motive the spell won't artwork. Many "spells" artwork with no longer something yet motive. Even the Christians will element to "the flexibility of Prayer" which isn't something yet centred motive. Make a very good salad with the left over ingredients and rejoice the fulfillment of you motive.

well we live in 1 World.. but not in 1 Reality alone..
my Life itself is a mixture of Reality & Fantasy(idealism)
& Each is subdivided in many Realities & Dreams...
your intention is not solely responsible for the change,
some of the realities i chose altered my direction...
but some of them evolved on their own, but not intended.

You can never change your entire Life
& your Life isnt a single reality working on its own.
it's comprised with the Reality of Loving onself,
Reality of Needing others, Reality of this & That...
your intention can modify some of them..
but your attitude towards them make them all worthwhile.
it's your own Life. ypur own sets of reality,
so make the most of it, do what needs to be done.
:-)
