You will need a Wireless Access Point or a Wireless Router.

If you buy a wireless router, turn off its ability to assign LAN addresses by DHCP and let the upstream router provide DHCP. Connect the wireless router WAN port to the LAN port of the upstream router.

Get a wireless router and use an Ethernet cable to connect its WAN port (it might also be labeled "uplink" or "Internet") to one of the regular ports on your current router.
