Stephen Hawking showed that something can actually escape a black hole, called hawking radiation. Over time a black hole will dissolve into hawking radiation.

Since time stops at the event horizon of the black hole
"ever" becomes an ambiguous term.
Hawking did postulate that black holes radiate, but that is only apparant from the outside and you postuate "all matter" fell in so that does not apply to any extant observer.
The answer however might be a new "big bang", but not neccessarily the same as ours.

That is one way that the universe could end, if all matter got sucked into one black hole it would also be the end of time.

well the theory is that if tooooo much mass ends up in the black hole it will explode. But i believe that it won't since i think black holes are openings to othe dimensions. see, einstiens theory states that the universe is a gridwork and all mass on it bends it a little. The higher the mass the more it bends. Black holes are to have soo much mass that it bends soooooooo deep. I believe that when it goes soooo deap it would have to puncture it.

I guess it wouldn't be released. Unless there's a wormhole, then we'd all be transported to another universe.
