How did their permissiveness lead to the Kelsey Smith tragedy? We don't know how that's going to play out yet. As for the Duke Rape Hoax that's more of a "believe anything a Black person says before a White person" more than a permissiveness thing.

First of all I wouldn't brag; YOUR Right wing president is leading the most corrupt cabinet in the history of the U.S. so dont' get too stuck on yourself. $18/barrel for oil before Bush, now $65/barrel; mission accomplished; A president that cons a lemming like you to support a war because you want revenge from 911, when even he admits they had nothing to do with 911. First of all gun laws are lax in some states; Virginia being one; due to the power of the NRA and the Republican party; so look in the mirror. Blaming liberals for this is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.

Second of all, those precious little rich white boys at Duke (I'm white, so I can say it) were just innocent bystanders while that mean old stripper jumped on their penis'. Many of those Duke players had criminal records and some people even stated; even friends of theirs off the record and off camera; that these were spoiled little rich kids that have gotten away with pretty much anything in their lives because their rich parents would get them out of it and always protect them; great Republican parents I'm sure.

There is a case now in Cupertino, Ca/De Anza College(I live near here) where there were baseball players that gang raped and drugged an underage girl at a party and the only thing that saved her was when several of the girls softball team at the college ran into the room and took her lifeless body to the hospital. The assistant DA behind the scenes commented to others about the Duke case and that they were wealthy kids and because the girl was drugged and couldn't remember the incident; EVEN WITH WITNESSES; they aren't pressing charges. These poor dear baseball players have threatened the lives of some of the softball players who helped her. It's so bad the AG of California is stepping in to prosecute because of the fear anyone has against an athlete; we all know athletes are precious beings that are next to perfect. Give me a break.



I'm a democrat and I do agree with you though. It should be mandatory that if your convicted of this type of crime, you die. End of story.

But the next time YOUR president and the Republican party gets one of their cabinet members a soft sentence for felonies, then tell me about justice.

It's people like you that make our country a much worse place than it should be. Your not an American; your a Republican. I wouldn't trust a person like you because you have drank the koolaid. I'm a democrat but I think outside the lines and I'm for the death penalty because I'm an American first; and I'm always listening to all of the parties to see where I stand. If you always think the way your party thinks, your just a fool. In fact it's un-American to do that.

Other first world countries dont' have half of the problems and evil crime we have. We think because we're so rich we're better. We're not. We care about material things and being right; we should care about each other and doing right instead.

This is a really closed minded question and it upsets me that there are people out there trying to relate this to a group. The democrats did not kill Kelsey Smith, Edwin Hall did. Was Edwin Hall a democrat? I don't know however whether he was or wasn't has nothing to do with the murder. The liberals had just as much to do with her murder as the conservatives- which is nothing. Kelsey was a fantastic girl, please don't spoil her name by using her to lash out against the democrats.

No. Passivity, athiesm, and selfishness (which has been taught since grammar school) led to the cowardly flight of young men while women were gunned down.

It would've taken two men to rush the fellow and knock him down, but everybody was running away. Now we have a subconcious re-encactment of Iraq terrorists taken place by unbalanced 'disempowered' mental cases.
