The bible is a great resource but you can talk about it being unnatural men and women were made to procreate. Same sex relationship can never procreate anything. The purpose and morals of marriage is something that same sex couples can never can not reach.

How about the impact on the children in those relationships and the balance or imbalance created by the acceptance of same sex marriages vs the accepted norms of society in a gender mix marriage as a standard?

you shouldn't... marriage is about LOVE and not about other people's approvals... its starts not allowing gays to get married then it becomes not marrying out of your religion then it becomes not being able to get married out of your race!!!
