the best way to lead is by compassion and example. Force only causes people to resist.
Education is the best bet. Start in the school systems. Teach safe sex/abstinence.
Try to see both sides of the abortion issue. Don't have a completely closed mind. See why they feel an abortion is the only way out, or the best way. Then work from there.
Use facts not opinions.
Volunteer at the pregnancy clinics that do not perform abortions. They help with alternatives and therapy.
A lot of times abortions are knee-jerk reactions that people later regret.
Keep in contact with women who were raped and decided to keep the babies. Get them involved. Also, the women who have had abortions can offer an insight to those thinking of abortion.
Keep up on current fetal medical info. Most people don't realize that with the newer ultrasound equipment and technology they have discovered that a fetus grows even faster than what was thought before, and that 85% of all miscarriages were not actual "pregnancies" to begin with. The other 15% were caused by outside forces or health issues. So that blows the theory that its ok in first trimester do to chance of miscarriage.
EDUCATION is the best and only way.

Instead of protesting abortion which does absolutely more than make you feel better about yourself why not do something truly productive and locate a non-profit org that helps young mothers during their pregnancy that decided not to abort and help out. You can be more productive this way, now its true that you wont get the same rush driving a poor, 17 year old girl to the Dr as you would screaming at a 17 year old as she walks up the sidewalk to a clinic but I assure you that you will be doing more this way.

as a exchange of protesting abortion, why do no longer you help mothers with babies? discover somebody who's destructive and could like some babysitting and help her out? it incredibly is hardship-free to be against abortion, it takes so plenty extra to help a girl as quickly as she has a toddler. do you be attentive to how difficult it is for a girl to maintain a toddler? She's in many cases on my own because of the fact the toddler's father has left her. She has no funds because of the fact she will't artwork and guard the toddler, and he or she will't make adequate to conceal toddler care. She in many cases has to drop out of school. She's have been given it quite, quite complicated. So, how can you help women who've toddlers? What are you going to do to help them. Protesting at a hospital is easy. adequate people do it. What are you going to do to help one mom?

Lead by example not by words...
We are already aware of your postion on this subject as well, so don't try to change OUR minds. Just don't have an abortion if you feel that strongly about it.
Of course one OTHER thing you could do is demand to know why your Republican White House, Republican Congress and the Repoublican Supreme Court did NOTHING to curb abortion in 6 years of total control of Washington DC. Since that was one of the issues on which Republicans were elected, why do you not hold them accountable for their inaction? At least Dems and Libs TELL YOU upfront they are Pro-Choice; they don't SAY they're Pro-Life and then ignore all those abortions happening everyday.
It's hypocritical and its known as pandering for votes.

Have you heard of Lou Engle? He has something called The Cause -- It's in WaDC and part of what they do is stand on the steps of the Supreme Court with red tape over their mouths reading LIFE and they pray in silence. It is a really neat thing they have going, check it out.

I will never understand this fight. Isn't this between you and your god. Why do you care? Why is it any of your business what someone else does to their own body, as long as it does not physically effect you. Clearly if you don't want to have an abortion,,,,,then don't! Please stop trying to tell others how to live their lives. It's really none of your business. May you always walk in the light of god, and not worry about anyone else. Please remember your view of heaven may not be the same as mine. Who are you to say who's view is right.

i'm with a local group that educates women on jobs they can hold, reliable babysitters, schools they can attend that have day-cares, stuff like that... when most girls find out they're not alone and they have support they usually have the child and take care of it or have it adopted. if you dont have a group like that in your area, you can always start one.

i dont understand why you're so worried about other people's children...if you dont want to have an abortion later on in your life, then dont...but people having or not having them isnt changing or beninfitng your life at all...so just chill...you dont need to use your time protesting it sus...
and that wasnt offensive...i read it and got mad...but i still love you
and even though, im pro-choice...im also pro-mind your own business... ...(that wasnt offensive either)
